Each of the townhomes has been constructed with the same floor plan:

Featuring 4 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom and ~1,800 sq ft of total living space across three floors. Each complex also comes with gated off the street parking! See below for diagrams.

Entry right into the kitchen! This floor consists of one half bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living space!

Second Floor

As you walk up the stairs, you will find yourself in a hallway between 2 bedrooms! The large bedrooms are near mirror images of each other, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom and double door closet! The stackable washer and dryer is also located on this floor.

Third Floor

You've made it to the top floor! You will find this level to be very similar to the second floor with another 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The furnace and water heat is located on this floor as well.
